The AFM holds the copyright on all works on this website, particularly texts, images, iconographic and photographic representations and documents downloaded from the site.
The Decrypthon website was declared to the ICO (Information Commissioners Office).
The AFM keeps the information that you provide, particularly through your subscription to the Newsletter or via the warrant form. This information is used solely in order to facilitate access to these services.
You have access and communication rights to the data, rectification and opposition as provided for in Articles 35, 36 and 3 of the Law of 6 January 1978, by contacting us by e-mail .
For his/her part, the User of the Decrypthon website accepts to respect the Intellectual Property rules of various contents on the site:
- Do not reproduce, summarize, modify, alter or redistribute without prior permission of the AFM, any article, title, application, software, logo, brand, information, illustration or photograph for a purpose other than strictly private, which excludes any reproduction for professional purposes or mass distribution.

The Decrypthon website is intended for personal information and the mobilization of those who use it.
The access to and use of this site is subject to the conditions detailed below, as well as the Terms of Use applicable to all sites edited by the AFM (see below) as well as laws applicable on the French territory. The connection and access to the site and the services associated with it implies the full acceptation and without reservation, of the Internet user to all dispositions of the present Terms and Conditions described on this page. The AFM reserves the right to modify and update, without notice, these Terms and all elements presented on the site. These changes apply to all users who need to consult the present Terms. This website and these Terms are subject to the French law and are written in French.
By registering on the Decrypthon website, the User is also registered on the “World Community Grid” website, to whom will be sent, by exemption to the Terms of Use described below, the following data: e-mail address; username and encrypted password (giving access to the dedicated space on the World Community Grid website). In fact, the Molecular Assembly Decrypthon project ‘Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy’ is one of eight global humanitarian projects to benefit the current World Community Grid.
The automatic registration to the World Grid computing website enables the User to download the secure software developed under the scientific project ‘Help Cure Muscular Dystrophy’. It also gives him/her access to a specifically dedicated page on the World Community Grid website to monitor the participation of his computer.
As a result, during his participation the registered user may receive e-mails from Decrypthon and the Word Community Grid.
