Know protein interactions better thanks to internet users and the World Community Grid.
A project selected in the Decrypthon program has been launched on the on the World Community Grid, coordinated by IBM. After successful tests on the university grid, the molecular docking project coordinated by Alessandra Carbone (Université Pierre et Marie Curie / Unité Inserm 511) will take advantage of the second level of the Decrypthon program: the computing power of approximately 500 000 internet users’ PCs.
